Inkdiya is a digital service. We do not sell physical goods, so nothing is shipped and there are no shipping charges.
How your invite reaches you
• You ask us on WhatsApp or by email and send us your details.
• We make the invite and send you a preview link to check, in the same chat.
• When you are happy with it, we publish it and send you the invite link or links, one for each family, on WhatsApp or by email.
How long it takes
We tell you when you can expect the preview and the published invite in the chat, before you pay, and deliver the published invite link within that time. The time depends on the invite, so it is agreed with you each time and not fixed here.
Where the links work
Links are served from inkdiya.app. Anyone with a link can open it on any phone or computer, with no app to install.
If your link doesn't arrive
If you have paid but have not received your preview or invite link in the time we agreed, email [email protected], message us on WhatsApp at +911234567890 or call +911234567890 with the email address or mobile number you used. We will fix it as soon as we can.
